Meet the Lawyer

About Charles Inch

Charles “Charlie” Inch, a Pennsylvania native, studied Computer Science at Shippensburg University before pursuing his dream of becoming a lawyer. After getting his undergraduate degree there, he decided to move to Richmond and study law at the University of Richmond and began practicing law in the fall of 2007.

Charlie Inch opened this law office in September of 2008. For the duration of his practice, he has focused on the areas of law that matter to the everyday person. He enjoys helping his clients and is most satisfied when he achieves their goals. He has successfully defended criminal cases to juries, with the adamant belief that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. He has brokered successful employment contracts for doctors and other prospective hirees, believing that every individual should have representation to ensure their legal rights are protected. He has taken on cases to ensure that loving parents have more meaningful time with their children.

Not only CAN he help you, he WANTS to help you.

What distinguishes him from many attorneys is that he was raised in a blue-collar family that stressed workmanship and savvy. Common sense was the first subject taught by his parents.

Since 2008, Charlie has embodied a problem-solving and common sense approach to resolve cases for his clients. He believes in self-growth: learning and implementing new ways to be the best versions of ourselves. Through his experience and training, he has realized that every client has an individual story and that understanding that story can help uncover solutions that would not have otherwise been available. This approach requires Charlie to partner with his clients and for the client to be empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Although he has many talents, Charlie is a wonderful vocalist and spends a lot of his free time singing with the Richmond Symphony Chorus. He stays in shape by lifting weights and playing with his dogs, Isis and Jakjak. When he has time, you’ll also find him elbow-deep in his Jeep Wrangler working on some new fun modification, or in the kitchen whipping up a delicious culinary creation of his own.
